Health Trainer Services

On Thursday 26th November  parents will have the opportunity to book an appointment to see a Health Trainer in the Preschool Office.  The Health Trainer will:

• Check blood pressure
• Height
• Weight
• BMI
• Waist Measurement
• Cholesterol
• Diabetes Testing

It is a free and confidential service offering support and motivation to local people wanting to make positive changes towards a healthier lifestyle. 

A letter will be sent out on the 6th November with a reply slip for you to complete if you wish to take advantage of this opportunity.
