This week, Years 5 and 6 have been baking savoury biscuits as part of our DT curriculum. We have absolutely loved carrying out market research, tasting different ingredients, practising techniques, kneading and shaping the dough, baking our biscuits and, finally, tasting and evaluating our delicious biscuits.
