Mindfulness
Class: Years 5 and 6 Year: 2021 - 2022
As part of our mindfulness sessions this week, Class 9 have been focusing on the power of their breathing. They created some Breath Art which is really quick and easy to try at home!
With a pencil in the middle of a piece of paper, breathe in and breathe out drawing lines in different directions for each breath, without raising the pencil from the piece of paper. After about 30 breath cycles, colour and decorate the different shapes you have created.
